Update 1.3 Music, floating, and smaller bubbles

Major feature update:

• Added music along with 2 new tracks
  • Thanks to Cabbage40
• Bubbles now start at 1 instead of 2
• Bubbles will grow in size as they merge
• After a certain amount of points you will randomly start with a different size bubble (currently 1, then 1 & 2, then 1 & 2 & 4)
• Settings for turning music and sound on/off
• Fixed a few minor bugs
• Bubbles will now float up if they aren't connected to something above them
