Update 1.1

Minor feature update based on some feedback:

• Game over screen now slightly translucent to allow you to see the final game state
• Added instructions on the start screen
• Allow for space, touch, or click to fire bubble
• Allow for space, touch, or click to start the game
  
• Improved mobile support
• Moved 'r' to only restart mid game or start the game

Next release should have:

• Online leaderboard
• More sound effects
• Music
